Mike Wax has been active in commercial real estate since in 1997. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and is a graduate of California State University of Northridge. Mike is proud to have 25 years of membership in AIR CRE (formerly the American Industrial Real Estate Association.) Mike currently resides in Camarillo, California with his wife and children.

Jonathan Wolk is a 25 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, specializing in all aspects of industrial, office and retail brokerage, including lease and sales negotiations, property valuations, and investment strategies. Jonathan has been involved with AIR CRE (the American Industrial Real Estate Association) for over 20 years. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Southern California. Jonathan currently lives in Westlake Village, California.

Shaun is a 20 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Shaun has worked with such clients as Morgan Stanley, DW, Inc., Brooks Institute, Auto Club of Southern California and Farmers Insurance. He has successfully conducted the leasing from commencement of build-to-suit office product, implemented marketing programs for Class A office space, and provided strategies for office product for corporations and developers throughout Ventura County. He is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics. In addition, he holds an Associate of Arts degree in Marketing and Computer Graphic Design from Platt College. Shaun currently lives in Camarillo, California.

Joshua Linn is a Vice President with IPA Commercial and heads the firms Westlake Village office. A commercial real estate specialist since 2005, Joshua consistently has proven to be a top performer. Throughout his career, Joshua has completed over $700 million dollars in transactions, comprised of over 7 million square feet of area. Joshua specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial and commercial properties within the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County markets. Working closely with each client, Joshua strives to help determine the appropriate strategy for his client's specific business and personal wealth goals. His focused process, creativity in the deal process, and overall tenacity are all hallmarks of Joshua’s overall strengths. What sets Joshua apart is his honesty and integrity in looking out for each one of his clients.

Doug Wax founded IPA in 1976 with co-founder and partner, Robert A. Lipson. Doug was orginally licensed as a real estate broker in the State of California in 1972. He was educated at Yale University (B.A.) and the University of Southern California (M.B.A.) and was a two term, past president of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (1981-82). In addition to a long and successful career as a broker Doug was also a successful developer having built over 50 industrial buildings in Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley and the Valencia area. Doug passed away peacfully at his home in Newbury Park, California on January 3, 2021.
