Mike Wax of Industrial Park Associates represented the buyer on the purchase of the 8,840 sq. ft. industrial building. The building is part of a 4 unit industrial condominium complex. The large condo unit included 3,000 sq. ft. of well appointed offices and a clear span warehouse. The industrial park is located adjacent to the Ventura Auto Mall. The Buyer will be occupying the facility for its data cable business. Bank of America arranged the SBA financing for the buyer.
