Doug Wax and Mike Wax just completed the sale of 486 Constitution Avenue in Camarillo, CA. IPA represented the buyer, 4D2TJ LLC, on the purchase of the 21,165 sq. ft. industrial building. Built in 1991 the building featured 20' high ceilings, two ground level loading doors, desirable M1 zoning and 2,000 sq. ft. of offices. The Buyer will be occupying the facility for its sound system business.
